AUN-TV reported the story on August 21st. http://aun-tv.com/jihadist-mass-murder-in-usa-four-dead-story-being-censored-by-cnn-and-others and pointed out the story was being censored.
A follow-up story on August 25th was done by AUN-TV http://aun-tv.com/cnn-continues-to-censor-jihadist-mass-murder-in-usa-4-dead-those-reporting-those-censoring-list/
Both of those stories in detail proved CNN and others had not even mentioned the name Ali Muhammad Brown once, even though he had been arrested for four murders in a cross country Jihadist murder spree. It was out and out news censorship. Over three weeks later on September 16th both CNN and Fox are now reporting the story. On September 16, Fox’s Greta Van Susteren did a good video report on the story but the Fox YouTube of it appears broken now, so we have substituted a video that includes Greta making the points.
Also on September 16th, CNN did put the facts out: Washington (CNN) — Ali Muhammad Brown was focused on one thing, authorities say.
“My mission is vengeance. For the lives, millions of lives are lost every day…[in] Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, all these places where innocent lives are being taken every single day. … So, a life for a life.” That is what law enforcement say Brown told a police investigator in New Jersey when he was interviewed in July.
The U.S. government was doing “evil” within its own borders, too, Brown told law enforcement, according to court papers.
Brown, a 29-year-old from Seattle, is the prime suspect in a killing spree stretching from New Jersey to Washington state.
Between April and June, police say, Brown killed three people in Washington state, allegedly shooting them at close range late at night in quiet locations.
Also in June, 19-year-old college student Brendan Tevlin was found inside an SUV in West Orange, New Jersey, dead of multiple gunshot wounds, authorities said. Police say they traced the gun used in all of the killings to Brown. http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/16/justice/ali-brown-charges-killing-spree/
Why the censorship for weeks? Do you have doubts the news can be censored in America? The two AUN-TV stories on this in August explore that. http://aun-tv.com/jihadist-mass-murder-in-usa-four-dead-story-being-censored-by-cnn-and-others and http://aun-tv.com/cnn-continues-to-censor-jihadist-mass-murder-in-usa-4-dead-those-reporting-those-censoring-list/
Why is the censorship easing now? It may be that the stories we and others in the uncensored news segment are covering, have gained wide enough coverage, that they are compelled to. Another factor is that the parents of at least one of the murder victims, has been going to news companies asking for coverage. Allen West, the former Congressman, linked to our site’s story. Things like this do get around the censorship.
